Billing questions.

When does hosting actually launch?

Game hosting is coming soon — join the waitlist on any hosting plan and we'll email you the moment it's live. The AI plan is available now.

Do I get charged anything if I join the waitlist?

No. The waitlist is just an email list for the plans that are not live yet. Billing only starts when you pick a live plan.

What happens to my waitlist signup when hosting goes live?

You'll get an email with a signup link. Joining the waitlist does not auto-subscribe you to anything.

Can I cancel a hosting plan any time?

Yes. Cancellation is one click in the customer portal. Your server stays accessible through the end of the current billing period.

What if I want to switch games?

You can. Switching is free and as fast as the backend can swap the server image (typically under a minute). We back up the current game before switching.

Is there a free trial?

Lite hosting includes a one-time free 48-hour trial that starts the moment you enable it, and your world is retained if you subscribe. The Free tier already covers the entire Discord bot at no cost today.

What region are servers hosted in?

Servers run in North America for now, for the best ping across the US and Canada. More regions are on the roadmap so players elsewhere get a closer server.
